About Me

With a background in dance and a long history of teaching group exercise, this evolved into a passion for Pilates and in 2007 I started to teach Pilates.
I understand the powerful benefits of practising Pilates on a personal level. I had experienced constant pain from a rotated pelvis for many years and it was only through my continued learning that I have been able to apply this to my own body. Now with regular focus and body awareness, I am living pain free!
